Sharing a quick workout to do anytime or anywhere really but I love alliterations thus...Weekend Workout is the title! One of my favorite weekend activities is our morning walks through the neighborhood whether we end of up at a park or find a trail for our 2 year old to explore in, it's one of my favorite times of the week. My husband and I can talk and get caught up. Don't forget your water or heaven forbid snacks for the babe and you will have a great recipe to start your day!
I should also mention this can be done with or without pushing a mini-me. Start with this easy to follow circuit for a sweat session outdoors.
Warm-Up/Power Walk: 5 minutes
Jog/Run: 1 minute
Power Walk/Rest Walk: 1 minute
Alternating lunges with knee pickup (as shown): 1 minute
Power Walk: 2 minutes
Jog/Run: 2 minutes
Alternating lunges with knee pickup (as shown): 2 minutes
--Can repeat for 3 minutes each set if desired--
Power Walk/Cool Down: 5 minutes
**Add your favorite pump up songs to get you to the end**
