I'm loving all this rain we have been getting in California, but when the sun is out, so am I! Training outdoors can be challenging, fun and can bring a breath of fresh air (literally) to your workout! Strength training mixed with cardio is what you want to aim for during your week. So take a power walk or jog and insert a round of 10 push ups. and 10 Triceps Dips (shown above). Then add the variations (shown above) 5-10 reps of each.
