Tone Your Arms & Abs During Playtime


I'm loving all this rain we have been getting in California, but when the sun is out, so am I! Training outdoors can be challenging, fun and can bring a breath of fresh air (literally) to your workout! Strength training mixed with cardio is what you want to aim for during your week. So take a power walk or jog and insert a round of 10 push ups. and 10 Triceps Dips (shown above). Then add the variations (shown above) 5-10 reps of each.

Since I have a two year old we spend quite a bit of time at the park. Instead of watching her from the bench...I work out on it!
