 Rose Hip Oil

Epsom Salt

 Arnica Gel

Organic Coconut Oil

I absolutely love skin care products. I love trying new cleansers, masks and anything that keeps me and my skin feeling full and fresh. However, I like keeping it simple, clean and close to nature. Recently, I had a friend walk into my bathroom and ask why the heck do you have Coconut Oil in your bathroom? So I thought I would share with you what natural staples you can find in my medine cabinet.

1. Rose Hip Oil: Rich in omega-6 fatty acids, this oil, used to aid in skin cell renewal and helps bring out that healthy glow. I use this as my night cream about 4 times per week depending on the weather and how dry it is out. I just love the way it makes my skin feel and look. Also, best part it's under $5 here

2. Epsom Salt: There are so many, many, many benefits to epsom salt. This is a must to have in your cabinet as it aids in headaches and muscle tension relief,  improved circulation, constipation and relaxation and more you can read here. My favorite use is in my bath water. Add 1-2 cups into your next warm bath and soothe away any muscle aches and stress. It is also a natural detoxifier so you can feel refreshed and light as you rid your body from toxins.

3. Arnica GelThink of this as the perfect icy-hot without the crazy over powering smell and sans the tingling. This all natural product temporarily relieves minor muscle aches and quickly absorbs into the skin.

4. Organic Coconut Oil: This is my moisturizer I use daily. Yep, I keep it in my bathroom and use it immediately after I get out of the shower. I love the way it makes my skin feel and also I smell like a pina colada which is never a bad thing in my book. I also use it as my make up remover--it easily takes off my face make up and doesn't dry out my skin. There are multiple uses for this amazing product such as stretch mark prevention, add to smoothies, use as deodorant, aid in baby rashes and even coffee creamer! I also combine coconut oil and epsom salt to create an amazingly relaxing and fragrant bath.

As always, thanks for reading and hope you find one of these natural products helpful!

xoxo, erin
