Healthy Blueberry & Banana Muffins With No Added Sugar!



These muffins were so easy to make and are a total crowd pleaser!! I had some ripe bananas and some blueberries and thought hey--let's make some muffins! Since so many of you asked for the recipe when I posted on Instagram, so here you go Loves! 




12 cup muffin tin (all natural here)

Baking Spray to coat tin (try this one) or reusable muffin cups (like these)

Mixer (I love love love mine)

Baking spoons (here)

Oven Mits (like these)


2 1/4 cup whole wheat/ unbleached flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3-4 ripe bananas (smashed-I used this to do it)

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 honey

2 eggs

1/3 cup applesauce (possibly more to make better consistency)

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1 cup blueberries 





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray pan


2. Combine flour, baking soda & salt, whisk together


3. In your separate mixer bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, eggs, oil & vanilla


4. Fold in the flour mixture slowly and mix on medium speed until thoroughly mixed 


5. Gently fold in blueberries and mix with wooden spoon (like this one)


6. Pour into muffin tins and fill about 3/4 full 


7. Place in middle oven rack for 20  minutes (oven temps range, mine is on the hotter side, so yours make take a few extra minutes)
