If there is one thing I love, it is a great fitting pair of leggings!! I was soooo excited to get the Athleta catalogue and noticed these amazing leggings are back in stock! I bought these last season and fall in love with them every time I wear them. They are fitted but not too constricting. They don't stretch out. They don't lose their shape and they wear and wash extrememly well. They also have the 2 other cute colors here and here that I bet you good money, will find their way into my closet by the end of the week.
To be hoenst, most of my workouts are done inside, in an air conditioned, hard wood floor space. However, I do love any chance I get to explore the outdoors and work up a sweat. Once you get down a few key cardio and strength training routines (ie: sprints, push ups and situps) you can basically do your sweat session anywhere. I love to hike and get myself to the top of the mountain...there is something so rewarding about that. The view, the work it took to get there and the experience along the way. We have plans for another summer staycation this weekend and a great hike is on our to-do list. We will most likely pack a little picnic and go explore right in our backyard.
