You guys...it's O.N.D!! October. November. December!!! As a fitness instructor, I see it every year...people tend to "forget" about making their bodies a priority. Workouts and attending your fave classes might be traded for mall visits and party planning? Sound familiar? I totally get it, during these three months (and we are in the thick of it!) we tend to put other tasks ahead of our health. I cannot tell you enough, don't make the end of the year mistakes that so many do...keep up your workouts. Just a little bit each day is all you need. O.N.D. is cray cray, but keeping up time for your mental and physical health will make all the difference If you need some quick home workouts try these or go here. Take a class, take a walk, go for a hike, do yoga at home, do some push-ups on your kitchen counter...anything!
